Back from Death Valley

I returned late last night from a four-day photography jaunt to Death Valley. I drove to Furnace Creek (Texas Springs campground, to be exact) on Sunday. After photographing sunrise at Zabriskie Point on Monday, I made the long drive out to the Racetrack, where I I stayed overnight so that I could shoot the sunset, the full moon, and then sunrise. On Tuesday I drove back to Scotty’s Castle and then on down to Texas Springs once again. I did a bit of morning photography on Wednesday before starting my long drive home via Hiway 395 amd crossing the Sierra via Monitor and Carson Passes.

I’ll post more photographs soon.
