I’m going to interrupt the usual stream of photographs to provide extensive information about the current Canon “instant rebate” offer at site-sponsor B&H… and include direct links to the eligible equipment. The promotion includes a great variety of gear, including a number of very desirable lenses and the discounts are worth your attention if you are considering any of the eligible products… and today is just about the last day to take advantage of this since the promotion is ending. The Canon ‘Instant Rebate’ on a bunch of lenses and speedlites is about to end. Many of Canon’s most desirable lenses are included in this rebate and the discounts are substantial. The promotion officially ends tomorrow, but if you are thinking of taking advantage of these prices at site sponsor B&H, keep in mind that they have very limited Saturday hours – a better bet would be to make your purchase today.

I’ve been posting to this blog in one form or another for over a half-dozen years now. One side effect of this is that certain articles that made sense when posted years ago end up looking pretty dated today! I found several of those while doing some maintenance on the site today. A couple mentioned my then-current 8MP cropped sensor camera and so forth – gear I haven’t used for years.
