Photographs from the Little Red Tent

Edie Howe, who operates the Little Red Tent blog is offering quite inexpensive prints of some of her work from Yosemite and beyond. If you don’t know about Edie, she has lived in the Valley for some time and she generously shares her knowledge of the Valley with visiting photographers. (Some of you may remember her stream of posts about photographing Horsetail Fall last year.)

  1. Edie:

Thanks for signing up again. You’ve been posting some very nice stuff recently – especially like the leaf photo – and I wanted to encourage folks who might drop by here to take a look.

The registration problem is not as bad as it looks. It seems like new users are being directed first to the dashboard page rather than to their profile pages. The latter is, IIRC, the normal behavior and would let you update your info after joining.

However, the dashboard page doesn’t seem to permit you to do anything other than click the “profile” link in the upper corner. I logged in under a subscriber account and I didn’t see any of the other site management goodness that shows up when I log in as an admin.

  2. Dan, what a pleasant surprise to see my work mentioned here. Thank you!

May I send you a print? email me with your snailmail addy.

BTW, there’s a problem with registration; I’m able to access your admin page. I promise to use my super powers only for good!

    *grin*

    Edie
