
This photograph is a result of one of the quick, unexpected encounters that occur when doing street photography. Sometimes they happen so fast that there is hardly time to photograph. This one was brief, but not so quick that I couldn’t make a couple of photographs.
I saw the woman approaching and made a quick photograph before she passed. But this photograph I made a moment later includes the cluster of blue tones below and rainbow colors above. It was quick and unexpected. We were walking on a deserted lane with no other people around when she appeared carrying this large load.
